SALVAGE & TOWING BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
If you can not start or continue your journey due to breakdown or technical issue (warning light on) within the countries scope (general terms), Jaguar Assistance will arrange repair on spot service where possible and legally permitted if telephone fix is not possible, and provide towing service for your vehicle to the nearest or, alternatively, the designated JLR authorized repairer for diagnosis /repair if roadside repair is not possible or legally permitted.
Even with self-inflicted incidents - such as battery failure, empty tank, incorrect refueling or lost key - Jaguar Assistance will provide necessary support.
BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE REPLACEMENT VEHICLE
For a road breakdown assistance, Jaguar Assistance will arrange replacement vehicle support till the customer’s vehicle is repaired and repatriated to customer.
Please note that the availability of replacement vehicles is dependent on local conditions. The rental conditions of the respective vehicle rental companies will apply. Please also note a credit card information might be requested depend on the local legislations when receiving the replacement vehicle.

ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE
If you cannot start or continue yourjourney due to a road collision within the countries scope (general terms), roadside assistance service arranged by Jaguar/Land Rover Assistance will arrange towing service for your vehicle to the nearest or, alternatively, the designated JLR authorized repairer for repair.
Jaguar Assistance will arrange replacement vehicle support for a maximum of 4 calendar days when the vehicle is recovered to an authorised repairer.
